From Bilbao city center, head to the Termibus station located at Avenida de Gasteiz, 1. There, take the bus line A3518 towards Elorrio. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Elorrio bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Mendraka Auzoa. The Ermita de San Adrián will be located on your right, at number 20.

From Bilbao, make your way to the Abando Train Station. Take a train heading towards Durango. The journey will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Durango, exit the station and catch a local bus (line D2) that goes to Elorrio. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Elorrio stop. From there, walk along the main road towards Mendraka Auzoa, which is about a 20-minute walk. The Ermita de San Adrián will be at number 20 on your right.
