From 'Abando', take Line 1 (the Biscay Line) towards 'Etxebarri'. Get off at 'Casco Viejo' station after 3 stops. Once you arrive at 'Casco Viejo', follow the signs to the exit.

Upon exiting 'Casco Viejo', you can find the bus stop for the Bizkaibus. Look for bus line A3247, which goes directly to the Funicular de Artxanda. The bus stop is located on 'Calle de la Ribera'. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride, which takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Funicular de Artxanda'.

After getting off the bus at 'Funicular de Artxanda', you will see the entrance to the Funicular. Purchase your ticket at the ticket booth if you haven't done so already. The Funicular operates regularly, taking you up to the observation deck. Enjoy the stunning views of Bilbao as you ascend!

If you prefer to walk instead of taking the bus, from 'Casco Viejo', walk towards 'Calle de la Ribera' and cross the bridge 'Puente de la Ribera'.
