If you're driving from central Cabo de Gata, head southwest on the A-7 highway. Take exit 476 towards Almería and follow the N-340 road for approximately 15 km. Look for signs indicating Las Salinas de Cabo de Gata. You will find parking available near the entrance to the nature reserve.
Public Transportation
To reach Las Salinas de Cabo de Gata via public transport, take a local bus from Cabo de Gata to Almería. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Almería, transfer to a bus heading towards Las Salinas. Make sure to check the local bus schedules for the latest timings, as they may vary. The bus fare is typically around €1.50 to €3.00.
