If you are starting from the Cádiz Cathedral, exit the cathedral area and head northwest on Plaza de la Catedral toward Calle de la Palma. Continue on Calle de la Palma for about 350 meters until you reach Plaza de San Juan de Dios. From there, turn left onto Avenida del Carnaval de Cádiz. Walk straight for about 600 meters, and you will see Plaza Fragela on your right, just before reaching the intersection with Calle del Doctor Marañón.
