If you're driving from any part of Castile-La Mancha, take the A-42 highway towards Madrid. Once you approach Madrid, follow signs for the M-30 ring road. Exit at the A-5 towards the center of Madrid. Continue on the A-5 until you reach the city center. Use a GPS or map to navigate to C. de Toledo, where the Arco de Cofreros is located. Note that parking in central Madrid can be challenging and may incur costs, typically around €2-3 per hour.

From various locations in Castile-La Mancha, you can take a train to Madrid. For example, if you're in Toledo, take a Renfe train to Madrid Atocha Station. From Atocha, you can either walk (approximately 25 minutes) or take Metro Line 1 (the light blue line) towards Pinar de Chamartín and switch at the Gran Vía station to Line 5 (the green line) towards Casa de Campo. Get off at the Puerta de Toledo station. The Arco de Cofreros is a short walk from there, located on C. de Toledo. The train fare from Toledo to Madrid is approximately €13-15, and the Metro fare is around €1.50.
