From the center of Barcelona, head to Plaça de Catalunya and take the L1 (Red Line) metro towards Fondo. Get off at the 'Arc de Triomf' station and transfer to the Rodalies train line R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes. Stay on this train for about 35 minutes. Disembark at the 'Montgat' station. From the Montgat station, walk towards the coast for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Playa de Montgat Norte.
