From central Barcelona, head to the 'Plaça de Catalunya' station. Take the R1 line (red line) towards 'Granollers-Canovelles'. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes. Get off at 'El Masnou' station, which is the last stop on this line. Once you arrive at El Masnou station, exit the station and walk towards the coast. Follow the signs to the beach and Port Esportiu del Masnou, which should take about 10-15 minutes on foot.
