From the center of Girona, make your way to the main bus station, which is located at Avinguda de Catalunya, 1. You can easily walk there from the Cathedral of Girona or Plaça de la Independència. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket to Tamariu. The buses to Tamariu usually leave every hour. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Upon arrival at the Tamariu bus stop, you will be in the heart of the town, close to the beach and local attractions.

Start at Girona's main train station, located at Carrer del Nord. From there, take a train towards Figueres or Portbou. Get off at the Palafrugell stop. Once you arrive at Palafrugell, exit the station and look for the bus stop for local buses. There are buses to Tamariu that run frequently throughout the day. The bus ride to Tamariu will take about 15-20 minutes. You will arrive near the beach area.

You can take a local path that leads from Palafrugell to Tamariu, which takes approximately 1 hour.
