Walking
If you are starting from the Cuenca Cathedral, head east on Calle del Obispo towards Plaza Mayor. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Mayor. From the plaza, take the street Calle del Trabuco towards the northeast. Follow this street until you reach Calle Santa María. Turn left onto Calle Santa María and walk straight. The Torre de Mangana will be on your right at the intersection with Calle de la Correría.

If you are at the Cuenca Train Station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Calle de la Estación. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle del Trabuco. Turn right onto Calle del Trabuco and walk until you reach Plaza Mayor. From there, follow Calle Santa María to your right, and the Torre de Mangana will be on your right at the intersection with Calle de la Correría.

From the Hanging Houses (Casas Colgadas), take the path leading down towards the old town. As you descend, follow the signs that lead to Plaza Mayor. Once you reach the plaza, turn left onto Calle del Trabuco and continue straight to Calle Santa María. Turn right onto Calle Santa María, and the Torre de Mangana should be on your right at the intersection with Calle de la Correría.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you are near the Cuenca Bus Station, take the bus that goes to the city center. Get off at Plaza Mayor. From there, you can either walk (described above) to Torre de Mangana or ask locals for directions as it's a well-known landmark.
