From Cáceres, take the EX-205 towards Moraleja. After approximately 50 km, take the exit towards the N-521 and continue for about 15 km until you reach Riomalo de Abajo. Once in Riomalo de Abajo, follow signs for Meandro Del Melero, which is about 3 km from the town center. There is often free parking available at the site.
