Getting there

Bus

From Santiago de Compostela, head to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses. You can either walk there from the city center (approximately 15 minutes) or take a taxi. The journey will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Carnota, follow the signs to Praia de Carnota, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

Train and Bus

Take a train from Santiago de Compostela to the nearest major train station, which is in Padron. The train station is located about a 10-minute walk from the city center. Check the train schedule and purchase your ticket. Upon arrival in Padron, exit the train station and find the bus stop for local buses heading to Carnota. Board the bus to Carnota, which should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Carnota, it's a short 15-minute walk to Praia de Carnota from the bus stop.
