Bus
From the center of Girona, walk to the Estació d'Autobusos de Girona (the main bus station) located at Carrer de Pau Casals, 9. You can take bus line 6 towards Palamós. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Palamós, get off at the stop 'Palamós - Pl. de la Vila'. From there, walk towards the coastline and follow the signs leading to the Beach of Castell, which is about a 20-minute walk. Head southeast on Carrer de la Vila, then turn left onto Carrer de l'Escullera, which will lead you directly to the beach.

Train and Bus
Start at Girona's main train station (Estació de Girona) located on Carrer de la Creu. Take a train heading towards Barcelona and get off at the Palamós station (you may need to check the schedule, as not all trains stop here). Once you arrive, walk to the nearby bus stop and catch a local bus (line 6) towards the coast. Get off at 'Palamós - Pl. de la Vila'. From there, follow the walking directions mentioned in the bus option to reach the Beach of Castell.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Girona. Start your journey by heading south on Carrer de la Creu. Follow the cycling route signs towards Palamós, which will take you along the scenic coastal paths. The distance is approximately 30 kilometers and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your cycling speed. Upon reaching Palamós, continue to the Beach of Castell by following the coastal roads.
