Bus
From the center of Girona, head to the Girona Bus Station (Estació d'Autobusos de Girona). You can walk there from Plaça de Catalunya or take a short taxi ride if you're further away. At the bus station, look for buses heading to Tossa de Mar, which are typically operated by Sarfa. Make sure to check the schedule for the next departure. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Tossa de Mar, follow the signs directing you towards the beach. Cala Pola is approximately a 25-minute walk from the bus stop. Head towards the coastline, and follow the path along the beach until you reach Cala Pola.

Once you arrive in Blanes, exit the train station and catch the Sarfa bus to Tossa de Mar. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Tossa de Mar, follow the signs to the beach. Cala Pola is a 25-minute walk from the bus stop; follow the coastal path until you reach Cala Pola.
