Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the center of Girona, walk towards the main train station (Estació de Girona). From Plaça Catalunya, head east on Carrer de la Barca, then turn left onto Carrer de la Creu. Continue straight until you reach the train station. Once there, take the train towards Banyoles. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. After arriving at Banyoles station, exit and head south on Carrer de l'Estació towards Carrer de la Fàbrica. Turn right onto Carrer de la Fàbrica and then left onto C-150a. Follow C-150a for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Parc de la Draga, which will be on your right.

  • Bus

    From the main bus station in Girona (Estació d'Autobusos de Girona), take the bus line that goes to Banyoles. The bus frequency is about every 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Banyoles bus station, exit and walk south on Carrer de l'Estació. Turn right onto Carrer de la Fàbrica and then left onto C-150a. Continue on C-150a for about 1.5 kilometers until you arrive at Parc de la Draga, located on your right.

    For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Girona. Head towards the Carrer de la Barca and take the bike path that leads to Banyoles. The route is approximately 15 kilometers and follows the scenic Lake Banyoles route. Once you reach Banyoles, follow the signs towards Parc de la Draga, which is located on C-150a. The park is about 2 kilometers from the center of Banyoles.
