Getting There

• Bus

  From Girona, head to the main bus station (Estació d'Autobusos de Girona), located at Carrer Pau Casals, 2. Buses to Lloret de Mar operate frequently. Purchase a ticket to Lloret de Mar from the ticket counter or machine. Board the bus designated for Lloret de Mar, which is typically marked with the destination on the front. The journey will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Lloret de Mar bus station, follow the signs directing you to the beach, which is approximately a 10-minute walk (800 meters) down Carrer de la Vila de Blanes.

• Train and Bus

  From Girona, take a train from the Girona Train Station (Estació de Sants) towards Blanes. The train ride takes around 40 minutes. Alight at Blanes station. From Blanes, exit the station and catch a local bus (Line 1) to Lloret de Mar. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Lloret de Mar, follow the signs to Platja de Lloret, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Girona to Platja de Lloret de Mar. You can find taxis at designated taxi ranks or call one from a local taxi service. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the destination with the driver.

• Walking (from Lloret de Mar bus or train station)

  If you arrive in Lloret de Mar by bus or train, you can easily walk to Platja de Lloret. From the Lloret de Mar bus station, head south on Carrer de la Vila de Blanes. Continue straight until you reach the main promenade along the beach. Alternatively, if you arrive at the train station in Blanes, follow the bus directions above to reach Lloret de Mar, then walk to the beach.
