From there, take Carrer de la Força, which will lead you through the charming old town of Girona. Continue straight until you reach the bridge over the Onyar River, offering picturesque views. Cross the bridge and take a left onto Passeig de la Devesa, where you will find Parc de la Devesa directly ahead, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the square.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Eixample, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is likely located on Carrer de Cerdanya. Look for line 1 (the yellow line) heading towards 'Estació de Girona.' Purchase a ticket from the vending machine at the bus stop, which costs €1.50. Stay on the bus for about 5-7 minutes, and get off at the stop named 'Parc de la Devesa.' The park entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many rental stations in Eixample. Head towards Carrer de la Creu and then follow the same route as for walking. Once you reach Plaça de la Independència, continue straight and cross the bridge over the Onyar River. After crossing, you can ride along Passeig de la Devesa directly to the park entrance.
