Getting There

• Bus

  From the Huesca city center, head to the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Huesca), which is located at Avenida de Martínez de Velasco, 1. You can walk there in about 10 minutes from Plaza de Navarra. At the bus station, look for the bus service that goes towards 'Puerta del Pirineo Park' or nearby areas. The buses may not run directly to the park, so inquire about the best route and schedules. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which should take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the nearest stop to the park, which could be 'Biescas' or another nearby stop depending on the bus route.

• Train and Bus

  If you prefer to travel by train, you can take a train from Huesca to the nearest station towards the Pyrenees. Start at the Huesca train station (Estación de Tren de Huesca). From there, board a train headed towards Canfranc or Jaca. Once you arrive at the train station, transfer to a local bus heading to 'Puerta del Pirineo Park.' Make sure to check the train schedules in advance as they may vary, and allow sufficient time for transfers. The total travel time can take around 1.5 hours depending on connections.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, consider cycling to Puerta del Pirineo Park. Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Huesca. Head out of the city towards the north, following the signs for the cycling routes leading towards the Pyrenees. There are dedicated bike paths that will take you through beautiful countryside and small villages. The ride can take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace and the exact route you choose. Ensure you have a map or GPS for navigation.
