If you are traveling by car, head towards the town of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. From your current location in Camino de Santiago, take the AP-9 highway towards Madrid. Continue on AP-9, then take the exit towards A-6 in the direction of Madrid. Follow A-6 for about 50 km, then take the exit towards M-600 towards San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Continue on M-600 until you reach the town. Once in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, locate C/ Floridablanca. The Basílica de El Escorial is located at number 12, which should be on your right.

To reach the Basílica de El Escorial using public transportation, start by taking a bus or train from Camino de Santiago to Madrid. If you take the train, board a train to Madrid-Chamartín station. From there, catch a Cercanías train (line C-8) towards El Escorial. After about an hour, you will arrive at the San Lorenzo de El Escorial station. Once you exit the station, walk straight on Calle de la Libertad, then turn left onto Calle Floridablanca. The Basílica de El Escorial will be located at number 12 on your right.
