Public Transport - Metro
If you're traveling by public transport, take Line 1 (the light blue line) of the Madrid Metro. You can board the train at any station along Line 1. If you are coming from the airport, take Line 8 (pink line) to Nuevos Ministerios, then switch to Line 10 (dark blue line) and travel to Tribunal Station. From Tribunal, switch to Line 1 and get off at the next stop, Gran Vía. Once you exit the station, head east on Gran Vía and turn left onto Calle de la Escalinata. Continue walking until you reach C. de la Escalinata, 10. The total cost for a single metro ticket is approximately €1.50.
Public Transport - Bus
You can also take a bus to reach Madrid Segway Tours. Look for bus lines 1, 2, 74, or 146. If you're near Plaza de Cibeles, catch the bus on Calle de Alcalá. Get off at the stop 'Gran Vía - Callao', then walk down Gran Vía towards Calle de la Escalinata. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. The bus fare is around €1.50.
