From the center of Malasaña, head southeast on Calle de Fuencarral towards Calle de la Puebla. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Puebla. Turn left onto Calle de la Puebla, and you will find the Church of Saint Anthony of the German at number 22. It should take about 10-15 minutes on foot.
