If you are already in Estella, you can easily walk to Museo del Carlismo. From the main square (Plaza de los Fueros), head southeast on Calle de la Rúa. Continue straight for about 500 meters, and you will see the museum on your left at Calle de la Rúa 27, 29. The walk should take about 7 minutes.
