Walking
From the center of Ronda, start at Plaza del Socorro, the main square. Head southeast on Calle Virgen de la Paz. Continue straight until you reach Calle de la Bola. Turn left onto Calle de la Bola and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle de José Aparicio. Turn right onto José Aparicio. Follow this street until it becomes Calle de San Francisco. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with Calle de las Huertas. Turn left onto Calle de las Huertas, which will take you towards the bus station. From the bus station, look for signs directing you to Mijas. You can catch a bus to Mijas from the bus station. Once you arrive in Mijas, head towards Plaza de la Libertad, and you will find Museo Historico-Etnologico at Pl. de la Libertad, 1.

From Ronda, go to the main bus station located near the center of town. Purchase a ticket for the Mijas bus. Buses run frequently throughout the day, so you won't have to wait long. Once on the bus, it will take you directly to Mijas. After arriving at the Mijas bus stop, exit the bus and head towards Plaza de la Libertad. The Museo Historico-Etnologico is located at Pl. de la Libertad, 1, which is a short walk from the bus stop. Just follow the signs to the central plaza.
