Walking
If you're starting from the city center (Plaza de la Constitución), head southwest on Calle Mayor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Libertad. Turn left and follow Avenida de la Libertad until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn right onto Paseo de la Concha, a beautiful promenade along the beach. Keep walking along the promenade, enjoying the view, until you reach the end of the beach area. You will then need to walk up the hill on the path that leads to the next beach area, which is Playa de Ondarreta. As you continue to walk, keep an eye out for direction signs to Beach Cote des Basques. The beach will be on your left, overlooking the scenic coastline.

From the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de San Sebastián), take Bus Line 28 towards 'Hondarribia.' Ride the bus for about 25 minutes and get off at the stop 'Cote des Basques.' After getting off the bus, walk down the street towards the beach. You will see signs directing you to Beach Cote des Basques. The beach is only a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
