Head to the 'Donostia-San Sebastián' train station. Take a train towards 'Hendaye' which will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Biarritz' station, exit and walk for about 15 minutes towards 'Imp. de Marbella'. The Surf School is located on this street.
