Getting There

Bus
From the center of San Sebastián, head to the 'Donostia' bus station located at Plaza de Pío XII. Take the 'Lurraldebus' line L-23 towards Hendaye. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Hendaye - Fête des Pêcheurs' stop. From there, walk towards the beach by heading down Boulevard de la Mer, and you will see Hendaye beach on your right.

Begin at the 'San Sebastián' train station (Estación de tren de Donostia), which is located at Plaza de las Damas. Take the Euskotren service towards Hendaye. The journey lasts about 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Hendaye' station. From the station, exit and walk straight down Avenue des Combattants until you reach the beach, where you will find Hendaye beach.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in San Sebastián.
