From the city center of San Sebastián, head to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Donostia. Take the Bizkaibus line A3518 towards Elorrio. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Get off at the 'Elorrio' stop. From there, walk south on Calle General Álvarez de Castro for about 500 meters until you reach Mendraka Auzoa. The Ermita de San Adrián will be a short walk from there, about 300 meters up the hill.
