Gids hoorde zichzelf graag praten, alles in het Spaans werd uitgebreid besproken en in het Engels slechts in enkele woorden. Volgende keer beter voorlichting over het hebben van een medisch probleem omdat de reistijd lang was .

Gids Stefan vertelt op fijne en duidelijke wijze over de omgeving waarin je rijd en de specifieke plaatsen die je bezoekt. Stefan heeft ontzettend veel kennis en is een leuke persoonlijkheid. Hij geeft je ook de ruimte om vragen te stellen. Tijdens de wandelingen vertelt hij over de historie en geeft ondertussen tips. De chauffeuse was ook erg vriendelijk en reed veilig in een goede bus.
