From the center of Tarragona, head southeast towards Plaça de la Font. Once you reach the square, continue straight on Carrer de la Unió until you reach the intersection with Carrer de Santa Anna. Turn left onto Carrer de Santa Anna. Walk straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn right onto Carrer de la Cort. Continue walking until you reach the main road, Avinguda de Ramón y Cajal. Cross the road and continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the outskirts of Salou. Follow the signs for Downhill Bikes, located near the intersection of Avinguda de Joan XXIII and Avinguda de Carles Buïgas.

From Tarragona, take the bus from the main bus station (Estació d'Autobusos de Tarragona). Look for buses heading towards Salou (lines 12 or 13 typically operate this route). The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Avinguda de Carles Buïgas. From there, walk towards the intersection of Avinguda de Joan XXIII and Avinguda de Carles Buïgas, where Downhill Bikes is located.

Head to the Tarragona Train Station (Estació de Tarragona) and take a train towards Salou. The train ride takes around 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Salou train station, exit the station and walk towards Avinguda de Carles Buïgas, which is about a 15-minute walk.
