If you're traveling by car from any location in the Ampara District, take the A4 road towards Batticaloa. Follow the signs for Batticaloa, which is approximately 66 kilometers away from Ampara town. Once you reach Batticaloa, continue straight on the A4 until you reach Puliyanthivu. Look for the PP62+JQW address on your GPS or maps application. The Batticaloa Museum will be on your left, and there is parking available nearby.
