    If you are starting from the Anuradhapura Railway Station, exit the station and head west on Station Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the A9 road. At the junction, turn left onto the A9 road and walk for another 500 meters. Look for the signs for Thuparamaya on your right. Follow the signs and you will see the entrance to Thuparamaya after a short walk.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Anuradhapura. Start your journey from the city center and head north on the Main Street. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the A9 road. Turn right onto the A9 and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer. Keep an eye out for the signs leading to Thuparamaya on your right. The temple is just a short distance from the main road.
