From Ella, take the Wellawaya-Ella-Kumbalwela Highway and drive towards Koslanda. Once in Koslanda, follow the signs towards Diyaluma Waterfall. The road is narrow and winding, so drive with caution. After reaching the parking area for Diyaluma Waterfall, you will need to hike for about 30 minutes to reach Upper Diyaluma Waterfall.
