Walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Kande Vihara Yati Rd. Turn left onto Kande Vihara Yati Rd, and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. The Kande Vihara Temple will be on your right-hand side. Look for the large Buddha statue, which is a prominent feature of the temple.

    From any location in Bentota, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Simply tell the driver 'Kande Vihara Temple' or show them the address: C2X2+P87, Kandavihara Yati Rd, Beruwala. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the temple.
