If you are driving, head towards the city of Serunuwara. From the main town of Batticaloa, take the A4 road towards Trincomalee. After approximately 45 km, take the exit towards Serunuwara and continue for another 5 km. Follow the signs to the center of Serunuwara, and you will find the Serunuwara Clock Tower at 88G2+763. Parking is available near the clock tower.

To reach Serunuwara via public transport, take a bus from Batticaloa town to Trincomalee. Buses leave frequently from the central bus station.
