From the center of Ella, start at the Ella Railway Station. Exit the station and turn right onto the main road, which is Wellawaya Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.2 kilometers. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs leading to Ella Lucky Panoramic. As you approach the area, you will see a small pathway on the left side leading up to the hotel, which is located at Wellawaya Road, Ella 90090.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a tuk-tuk from the Ella town center. Head to the nearest tuk-tuk stand, which is usually located near the bus station. Inform the driver that you want to go to Ella Lucky Panoramic. The ride will take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver should take you directly to the entrance on Wellawaya Road.
