Getting There

Walking
From the center of Ella, head towards the Ella Railway Station. Walk along the main road (Passara Road) in the direction of the station. After about 500 meters, you will see a sign for Ella Moon Rock on the right. Turn onto the smaller path leading up the hill. Continue on this trail, which may be steep and require careful footing, for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the top where Ella Moon Rock is located.

If you are at the Ella Rock trailhead (near the 98 Acres Resort), take the path that leads from the resort towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, head towards Ella town for approximately 300 meters, then look for a path that leads uphill to your left, which is signposted for Ella Moon Rock. Follow this path, and it will take you directly to the rock.
