    If you are traveling by car, start from Gampaha town. Head east on the A1 highway towards Colombo. After approximately 15 km, take the exit towards Pamunugama/Bopitiya. Continue on this road for about 5 km until you reach the Muthurajawela Visitor Centre, which is located on the left side of the road. There is a parking area available at the Centre.

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Gampaha town heading towards Colombo. Get off at the Pamunugama bus stop. From there, you can either walk (approximately 1.5 km) to the Muthurajawela Visitor Centre along the main road or hire a tuk-tuk for a small fee (around 200 LKR).
