Walking
Start your journey from the Jaffna Fort, which is a well-known landmark in the city. Head east on Hospital Road for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Kachcheri Road. Turn left onto Kachcheri Road and continue walking for another 600 meters. You will pass the Jaffna Public Library on your right. Once you reach the junction with Old Park Road, turn right. Qweens Pond will be located on your left after approximately 300 meters. The pond is surrounded by a park area, making it a pleasant spot to relax.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Jaffna. Begin at the Jaffna Library, and cycle along Kachcheri Road heading towards the Jaffna Fort. After about 600 meters, turn left onto Hospital Road. Continue for about 500 meters, and then turn right onto Old Park Road. After cycling about 300 meters on Old Park Road, you will find Qweens Pond on your left. There are usually bike racks available nearby where you can secure your bicycle.
