If you are starting from Jaffna Fort, head southeast on Hospital Road towards the junction. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the Clock Tower. From there, take the second exit onto KKS Road. Walk along KKS Road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the Nallur area. The temple should be visible from a distance due to its distinctive architecture.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Jaffna. Start at Jaffna Library and head north on Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto KKS Road. Continue cycling straight for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see Nallur Sivan Kovil on your right just before you enter the Nallur village.

Find a tuk-tuk stand, which can often be found near popular spots like Jaffna Fort or the market. Negotiate the fare to take you to Nallur Sivan Kovil.
