For a more local experience, you can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Kandy. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Arthur's Seat View Point, and they should know the location. The fare will generally be around 300-500 LKR, depending on your starting point. The driver will take you directly to the viewpoint, where you can enjoy stunning views of Kandy.

If you want to use public transportation, take a bus from Kandy to Peradeniya. Get off at the Peradeniya Railway Station and then take a local bus or tuk-tuk to reach Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha. The bus fare will be minimal, around 20-50 LKR. Once you reach Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha, it's a short walk to the viewpoint.

If you are staying close to the city center, you can walk to Arthur's Seat View Point. From the Kandy Lake, head towards the Temple of the Tooth and take Dalada Vidiya.
