Getting There

  • Car

    Starting from Kandy city center, head southeast on the A26 road towards the direction of Peradeniya. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the B95 road. Turn left onto the B95 road, which is also known as Moragolla Road. Follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will then see a sign for Belwood Estate on your right. Turn right onto Belwood Road and drive for about 1 kilometer until you reach your destination at 1 Belwood Rd, Moragolla.

  • Public Transportation

    From the Kandy Central Bus Station, take a bus to Peradeniya. Buses frequently depart from the station and the fare is approximately 50 LKR. Once you arrive at Peradeniya, transfer to a local bus heading towards Moragolla. The fare for this leg is about 30 LKR. Inform the conductor that you are going to Belwood Estate. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to Belwood Road, from where you can walk for about 1 kilometer to reach Belwood Estate.

  • Taxi

    You can hire a taxi from Kandy city center directly to Belwood Estate. The ride will take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic and will cost approximately 1,500-2,000 LKR. Make sure to confirm the price before starting your journey. The taxi will take you directly to 1 Belwood Rd, Moragolla.
