From Kandy city center, head southeast on the A26 road towards Peradeniya. Continue on the A26 for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction at Gampola. Take the exit onto the A1 highway towards Nuwara Eliya. After approximately 12 kilometers, take the exit towards Hingula. Follow the local roads for about 4 kilometers until you reach Hingula Village Safari, located at coordinates 7.2345525, 80.4698572. Make sure to check local maps or GPS for the best routes as road conditions may vary.

From Kandy, take a bus from the Kandy Central Bus Station to Gampola. Buses to Gampola run frequently and the fare is relatively inexpensive (around 50 LKR). Once you arrive at Gampola, you will need to take a tuk-tuk or a local taxi, which should cost around 300 LKR to reach Hingula Village Safari.
