If you are starting from Kandy city center, begin at the Kandy Clock Tower, which is a well-known landmark. From the Clock Tower, head southeast on Sir James Peiris Mawatha (A26 road) for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the Colombo-Kandy Road (A1 road).

At the intersection, turn right onto the Colombo-Kandy Road and continue walking for approximately 500 meters. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Look for signs pointing towards Uthuwankanda, as you will need to take a left turn shortly.
