If you are driving, start from the Kandy city center. Head southwest on Dalada Veediya (Temple Road) towards Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Tooth). Continue straight until you reach the junction at the Old Kandy Bus Stand. Turn left onto Peradeniya Road (A1) and continue for about 1 km. Look for signs pointing towards Temple Square. As you enter Temple Square, you will find Sri Natha Devalaya on your right at 7JVR+G5W, Temple Square, Kandy 20000.
Public Transportation
To reach Sri Natha Devalaya using public transport, head to the Kandy Bus Station located in the city center. From there, take a local bus heading towards the Temple of the Tooth (Dalada Maligawa). Buses are frequent, and the fare is usually around LKR 20-30. Get off at the bus stop near the Temple of the Tooth. From there, walk towards Temple Square. Sri Natha Devalaya is located at 7JVR+G5W, Temple Square, Kandy 20000, a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Tuk-Tuk
For a more local experience, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any location in Kandy. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Sri Natha Devalaya at Temple Square. The ride should cost around LKR 150-300 depending on your starting point and traffic conditions. The tuk-tuk will drop you off right at the entrance of the temple.
