    Car

    If you are traveling by car from Kandy city center, head towards the B365 road. Follow the signs for Gatambe. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will see the Gatambe New Bridge on your left. Diyakapanathota is located near this bridge. There is ample parking available near the bridge. Make sure to drive carefully as the roads can be winding.

    Public Transportation - Bus

    From Kandy city center, you can take a local bus heading towards Gannoruwa or Gatambe. Buses frequently leave from the main bus stand. The fare is usually around 30-50 LKR. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Gatambe New Bridge. Once you arrive, walk towards the bridge which is just a short distance from the bus stop, and Diyakapanathota will be nearby.

    Tuk-Tuk

    For a more direct route, consider taking a tuk-tuk from Kandy city center. Negotiate the fare before starting your trip; it should cost around 500-800 LKR depending on your starting point and traffic. The tuk-tuk driver will take you directly to Gatambe New Bridge, and from there, you can easily walk to Diyakapanathota.
