Car
If you are driving, head towards Kandy city center. From the Kandy Lake, take the Rajapihilla Mawatha road. Follow the signs for the Royal Palace Park. The park is located at 7JRP+4W5, Rajapihilla Mawatha, Kandy 20000. There is limited parking available near the entrance.
Public Transportation (Bus)
If using public transport, take a local bus heading towards Kandy city center. Most buses will stop at the Kandy bus station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the Royal Palace Park. Exit the bus station and head towards the Kandy Lake. Follow the road along the lake until you reach Rajapihilla Mawatha, where the park entrance is located.
Tuk-Tuk
For a more convenient option, you can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Kandy. Simply tell the driver to take you to the Royal Palace Park, located at 7JRP+4W5, Rajapihilla Mawatha. The fare should be around 200-500 LKR depending on your starting point.
Entrance Fee
