The journey takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. Once you arrive in Nuwara Eliya, ask the bus conductor to drop you off at the closest stop to Lover's Leap Waterfall. It is helpful to have the name written down in Sinhala to show to locals: 'ලොවර්ස් ලීප්'. After getting off the bus, you may need to take a tuk-tuk or walk to the trailhead of the waterfall, which is approximately 1-2 km away.
