Tuk-Tuk
From Kandy city center, find a tuk-tuk stand or simply flag one down. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Rangala Natural Pool.' It’s about 15 kilometers away, so negotiate the fare beforehand, usually around 1500-2000 LKR. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, passing through scenic landscapes.

Head to the central bus station in Kandy. Look for a bus heading towards 'Rangala' or 'Hunnasgiriya.' The buses run every 30 minutes. Once you board, stay on for about 45 minutes. Get off at the 'Rangala' stop. From there, you may need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach the natural pool, following the signs or asking locals for directions.

If you are feeling adventurous and are near the outskirts of Kandy, you can walk to Rangala. Start from the Kandy Lake and head towards the Peradeniya Road. Continue onto the Hunnasgiriya Road, which will lead you toward Rangala. The distance is about 15 kilometers, so prepare for a long trek, and make sure to take plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes.
