Tuk-Tuk
From the Kandy City Center, you can catch a tuk-tuk to the Upper Rathna Ella waterfall. Tell the driver to take you to '9WGF+9HQ'. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the route, and don't hesitate to point out any landmarks you see that interest you.
Bus
Head to the Kandy bus station and look for buses heading towards Gampola or Nuwara Eliya. Ask the conductor to drop you off at 'Upper Rathna Ella'. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes.
