Head to the Kandy bus station and look for buses heading towards Gampola or Nuwara Eliya. Ask the conductor to drop you off at 'Upper Rathna Ella'. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes. Be sure to confirm with the conductor that the bus will stop near the waterfall. Once you get off, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the waterfall.
