If you are traveling by car, start from Kegalle town and head east on the A1 highway towards the Kitulgala area. Continue along the A1 for approximately 16 kilometers until you reach the junction with the B40 road. Turn left onto the B40 road and continue for about 3 kilometers. You will see signs for Belilena Cave on your right. Follow these signs for another 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance at 82 Ginigathhena Rd, Kitulgala 71720. There is parking available near the cave entrance.
