Car
If you're driving from Kegalle town, take the A1 highway towards Colombo. Continue for about 5 km until you reach the turnoff for Dedugala. Turn left onto the B40 road and follow it for approximately 7 km. Look for signs for Nalagana Falls. The falls are located about 1 km off the main road, and you'll need to park your car in a designated area before walking the remaining distance to the falls. Ensure you have some cash on hand for any parking fees, which are typically around LKR 100.

Public Transportation
From Kegalle, take a bus heading towards Dedugala. Buses are frequent and will cost around LKR 50. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop closest to Nalagana Falls. After disembarking, you will have to walk approximately 2 km to reach the falls. Alternatively, you can hire a tuk-tuk from the bus stop for about LKR 300 to take you directly to the falls entrance. Be sure to haggle for the best price.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Kegalle District. Prices will generally range from LKR 500 to LKR 800 depending on your starting location.
